In this program, you’ll take an honest look at what you are eating, learn if it is working for you or not (my guess is not, if you are here), and discover different ways of eating that will improve how you feel.
Food is Medicine, it can help or hinder our health and well-being, it is emotional and physical nourishment, it represents ties, connection and love with our immediate culture (family) and the culture-at-large (country, ancestry), food can help you perform better, and food can be a connection to your body, Gratitude and the Divine.
Food can make you sick, even if you are eating “healthy” foods. Every single one of us has a body that is unique and requires different food to help it feel at its best, what is healthy for your sister, brother, friend or partner may be imbalance-inducing in you.
I’ve seen remarkable side effects from changing your food intake. These include a reduction in chronic issues like sinus problems, digestive issues, headaches, menstrual issues, sleep issues and grogginess, and, yes, weight that is not optimal for your specific body.
Each and every program is built upon YOUR needs. It involves real food, homemade food, food that is “healthy” and most importantly: delicious. Eating healthy doesn’t have to look like a piece of boiled chicken with steamed broccoli (though eating that way every once in a while to “reset” your taste buds can be beneficial!)
If you are in a place in your life where you do not live in a proverbial food desert, and have choice over what food you put in your mouth, food is one of the few things that you have control over in this wild world of ours. You have the power to choose food that will help your body remain as healthy as possible for as long as possible, or not.

This program runs for 40 days and includes check-ins and email and text support.
We’ll start with a 60 minute discussion of what your health currently looks like, where you want to go with your health, what you eat now (this involves a food journal!), and then you’ll receive a downloadable pdf and video explanation of your custom food program through a password protected private page on this site. You’ll journal what you eat for your “on” and “off” program days, how you feel, and begin a discovery process.
If you need recipes to get started, I can send some to you too! (I’m someone who if you send them a list of food in the kitchen, I can whip up a great meal without needing to look at recipes, so… if you need the recipes, please say so!)
If you don’t know how to cook, and need guidance, guess what?!
